Why do we always do things so late at night?
Spencer has to bring food from a different culture to his class tomorrow.
He decided to make habichuelas con dulces (sweet bean cream) from his mission in the Dominican Republic.
Our house now smells like beans!
The recipe said it made 8 servings so Spencer decided to TRIPLE the recipe.
People he tripled it!
This meant we didn't have enough evaporated milk which resulted in a late night Walmart trip.
He tripled it!
They don't make a big enough pot to hold all the beans!!!
Again our house smells like beans.
So if you want some chilled sweet kidney beans with sweet potatoes tomorrow PLEASE come get some
