Do you know how awesome my brother is?...Well he is so awesome that he grew an enormous pumpkin one that weighed 498 pounds!!!! My brother named him Panniculus Rex. This little orange specimen became the newest member of the family and we are so proud of him. On the 29th of September we headed out to Thanksgiving point to have it weighed in the Giant Pumpkin Festival. People are CRAZY about their giant pumpkins. Seriously though it was my brothers first year doing it and the other first years we saw had pumpkins that were barely 300 pounds so really Dan wins! So of course I documented it all for those who could not be in attendance. So be prepared for an adventure in pictures.
