If you really knew Rhett you would know he only has one volume level which is LOUD! But at school he is very shy. His teacher this year was exactly what our boy needed. She constantly praised and encouraged him. She saw his potential! On all his report cards he was getting 100% but on his practise state tests he wasn't able to sound out words like they wanted. He reads amazingly well at home but in front of all the other students in his class was hard. So they wanted to put him in extended kindergarten. But Rhetts teacher told all the aids he didn't need that. I also refused to put him in it. When we got his test results back he had gone way above what everyone at the school thought he could do. We are so proud of him and all his hard work.
