It's Been A While

Easter 2017 was awesome! We dyed eggs, ate tons of candy and hunted for eggs and baskets.
Seconds before Noah threw the egg on the floor

When Noah found out there was candy inside some eggs he was so excited
The Dinosaur Museum in Vernal held an egg hunt where hundreds of plastic eggs were scattered around the entire building. The kids picked up as many eggs as could fit in their basket then they dumped all the eggs in a box and got to pick out a toy. Noah got a dinosaur toy and now everytime he sees a dinosaur he roars very loudly.

Then we went to see the baby chicks and our kids officially want us to get a chicken coop like our neighbors

Both grandmas have now sent us scripture "action figures". Most days Abinadi will be killed by one of the other figures. Then Captain Moroni will try to kill Samuel the Lamanite. Today for the first time no killing happened but Mormon hid the plates so Satan wouldn't find them. Our kids love hearing stories from the scriptures and they love acting out the stories. However sometimes their imaginations get a little out of hand. The other night they kept getting out of bed when we put them down. All of a sudden they both came out very upset. Hope explained "Rhett says he's not a super hero!" "Dad tell Hope that Satan is not a super Hero but he's a bad guy!" Rhett was so mad at Hope that she would even think that Satan was a super hero.

Obviously these 2 could be in a swing all day long

Rhett graduated from preschool and he's excited for Kindergarten this year.

His teacher had each kid tell about their favorite book they read that year

Last Saturday we ran in a "kids fun dash" Rhett ran ahead of us and ran all the way by himself.

It's that time of year again. We love T-Ball! It's so funny to watch these little kids hit the ball, run after their own ball and then then throw it to first base. While the other team looks around confused trying to get their ball back. This year they are actually teaching the kids some baseball skills before they play their "games"
