Spring Break Adventures

Taxes
Due to going to a free tax service (aka VITA) our taxes which should have only taken maybe an hour to do took over 4 hours. Good thing those people didn't care that Rhett ran around the room for that long. Spencer got bored and took pictures of Hope. Rhett also slipped on the ground and bit his lip open... There was lots of blood!

New Orleans
We decided to go to N'awlins' to get some beignets and see some street performers. One guy even made up a song about Rhett. Rhett danced the whole time. The next day for 2 hours Rhett told his big bear all about the motorcycles he saw and the "mugu" (music) he heard

St. Patrick's Day Parade
Here in the south they throw weird things like carrots at parades. A carrot was thrown and Rhett picked it right up and started eating it.

Hope turned 3 months 

She seems so ginormous to us! She loves to kick, take a bath and laugh when you tickle her.

Rhett has been really nice to his little sister lately. He loves to kiss her head and tries to find a pacifier for her. Yesterday at the store I told him to be nice to his sister and he looked at me and said "no mama hold hands." Instead of trying to poke her in the eye like usual while I put food in the buggy he had turned around to hold her hand.

When people ask Rhett how old he is he will hold up all five of his fingers

As far as me and Spencer are going we are keeping ourselves busy. Spencer started seeing clients last week. So on top of that he has school to study for, 20 hours a week of work for his assistantship and his very demanding church calling. I was just recently called as the first counselor in the young women, it's such a diverse presidency but I already love the girls and they love playing with my kids so I'm excited for this new experience.

So my movie program on my computer is dumb and won't let me rotate videos. But we wanted to preserve how Rhett dances ALL THE TIME and how he runs. Here is also a clip of Hope laughing.
