Things To Consider

2 THINGS TO CONSIDER FROM MY PAST WEEK

#1 When you are making soup and you cut the carrots first and then start to cut up the potatoes you notice that the potatoes are looking a little orange...You just figure that the knife had little pieces of carrot still on it and so naturally it was turning the potatoes an orange hue, somehow this makes sense in your head. But then the potatoes start to look more and more red. Yes this is when examining every finger is very important to see where the blood is coming from even though nothing is in pain. So if your potatoes start to change colors don't think that it is from the carrots just remember that it is probably from your own blood that is profusely protruding from your thumb!

#2 Life is good if you don't think so then think of the amazingly nice Sudanese woman I met tonight. She has 7 children, ages 13-11 months, and was just put into a home so she can be safe. She has no furniture, no beds, and only hot dogs, soda, and a very interesting African concoction of flour and water mixed together in her kitchen. Her children and herself do not have much clothes or much of anything for that matter. luckily the house came with a microwave because she doesn't have anything to cook with. But this woman and her 7 children seem very happy, humble and grateful for anything. Life is good for them now, even though they have nothing. We should be grateful for all that we have!

  1. Maybe you should stop taking the PCP. Then you might be able to feel when you cut yourself. I'm just sayin.....something to think about.
