Thankful

Today I'm thankful for a lot of things:


-For Bear Lake and skipping rocks and friends who drove to Bear Lake and yummy shakes and very salty fries and a bear that was carved into the pillar in a store and my new BFF Mexican boy who kepts waving at us and whose brother we believe was peeing on the rocks
-For neighbors who let off illegal fireworks
-For a fan that keeps the noise of fireworks from waking my child up
-For the child because he actually went to bed at 9:00 p.m. without fighting us and then didn't get back up so we could leave him on his own to watch said illegal fireworks
-For a landlord who actually put in a sump-pump in our apartment
-For a husband who heard said sump-pump go off at 4:00am in the morning!
-For a neighbor who waters our lawn
-For a husband who knocked loudly on our neighbors' door to wake him up
-For our neighbor's daughter-in-law who speaks English and can tell her father-in-law who doesn't speak good English to turn the sprinklers off at 4:00 a.m
-For a neighbor who because he forgot he had been watering the lawn for 7 hours got up (after said husband knocked on his door) to turn the sprinklers off so we wouldn't get flooded for the second time due to sprinklers
-For the very random cement barrier around our door so that when the "drain" lets water into (not out of the door way) overflows the barrier protects (for the most part) the water from seeping into our living room.
